Finding the right senior livingoption shouldn't be overwhelming.
When you need someone you can trust, Home Bridge Collective LLC is your independent, local guide, helping families navigate senior living decisions with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
HBC takes the stress and guesswork out of finding your loved one's new home within a senior-living community suited to their healthcare needs, lifestyle, and budget.
Most families don't know where to start, and that's completely understandable.
The senior living landscape is vast. The decisions feel urgent. The emotional weight is real. And if you're hours away, navigating it all from a distance can feel nearly impossible.
So many options
Whether you’re searching for independent or assisted living, or you need short or long-term skilled nursing, memory, respite or home care we can help.
You're not local
You're making life-changing decisions based on websites and virtual tours. Something about that feels ineffective, because it is.
The clock is ticking
A fall. A diagnosis. A sudden change in daily needs. Families often need answers fast, without a roadmap or a trusted local contact to call.
That’s where we come in.

HBC has done the research, conducted the interviews, and visited communities to equip your family with the information needed to make one of life’s most important decisions.

Senior living decisions are complex. HBC is here to make the path more manageable, one step at a time.
We Listen First
We start with a conversation about your parent, your family's situation, the timeline you're working with, and what the right fit truly means to you. No forms. No pressure. Just a real conversation.
Narrow the Field
HBC has conducted deep research and maintains a robust AI agentic-powered database of the nearly 150 senior communities in the greater Indianapolis area. HBC also visits these communities in person, assessing care quality, culture, costs, staffing, and amenities to provide insight into communities aligned with your healthcare needs, lifestyle, and budget.
Guide You Through
From your first tour to the transition itself, HBC is with you. Answering questions. Advocating for your parent. Connecting your family with the broader local resources you may need along the way.
Let’s make this simpler.
“This may be one of the most important decisions your family will make. You deserve someone in your corner who knows this landscape, understands the stakes, and is genuinely on your side.”
I grew up around senior care.
I grew up watching what compassionate, dignified care looked like. My mom was a Director of Nursing in long-term care facilities. That foundation never left me. And when it came time to help my parents move to senior living, having the right knowledge and the right people made all the difference.
I served in the Marine Corps for more than a decade, and I approach every challenge with discipline, preparation and integrity. Throughout my career, from television news reporter to federal government communicator, I created successful outcomes by asking hard questions, finding the right experts and turning complex information and ideas into clear, accurate and actionable paths forward.
As a Certified Senior Advisor®, I have a broad-based knowledge of the health, social and financial issues important to seniors, and the dynamics of how these factors work together in seniors’ lives. I offer professional expertise and an obligation to a strict Code of Professional Responsibility founded in integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality.
I founded Home Bridge Collective LLC for families like yours. My role is to be your advocate and guide. To visit the communities, you may not be able to visit. To ask the questions you don’t know to ask. To help your family move forward with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.

Answers to what families ask most.
Certified Senior Advisors (CSAs) have supplemented their individual professional licenses, credentials, and education with knowledge about aging and working with older adults. It is recommended that you verify the validity of any professional's credentials with whom you conduct business. The CSA certification alone does not imply expertise in financial, health, or social matters. For more details visit: www.csa.us.
You don't have to carry this alone.
